I caved, so sue me!!

I know I said that I wouldn't diet or exercise throughout this entire experiment, but it looks like Canada may actually open at the end of July and I need to be ready for my brother's wedding!

I think that by now, 6 weeks in, I've proved that Ultrasonic Cavitation DOES indeed work even if you don't want to starve or workout. But now it's time to show how much faster and better the results will be when you follow a healthy eating and exercise plan.

So now the plan for the next 2.5 months will be to follow a healthy eating plan (I'm going to follow a Mediterranean Diet) and an exercise plan. I will hit my spin bike @ home 3 days a week, 4 if I have a really slow Monday schedule.

When the pool opens i'll add that in too! I LOVE the pool!!!!

I'll have a smoothie for breakfast, a salad and chicken or fish for lunch (or hummus and pita with protein), berries and nuts for snacks and a small dinner.

My therapist and I have been working on my alcohol consumption, so I'll keep working to keep it to a 2 drink minimum!

I've been really itching to be more physical for the last few weeks, I've lost so much that I feel lighter and more energetic! It's time!!

I'll keep posting measurements and update you all on how I'm feeling during this process. Now I'm off to make my spin bike my BITCH!!!.... I hope

Stay safe out there!!!

I'm a little late updating this blog, but the results are in and clearly the Ultrasonic Cavitation works!! I didn't work out, diet or skip cocktail hour at all last week! To date I've lost .5 inches on my upper arms, nothing on my lower, but I spent most of my time on the bingo wings last time. 1 inch on my bust, 2 inches on my chest, 2 inches on my waist, 1 inch on my hips, 1.5 inches on my midway, 1 inch on both thighs, I didn't lose anything on my knee or my calves, but that just means I'll spend a little more time this round. Using the machine is a lot of fun and not painful at all. I'm not surprised that I've lost some inches, but I'm very happy that they're more extreme than I expected them to be.  I've decided to hold off on photos until the end of my 10 weeks, so that the results will be more apparent.  I'm also opting to not weigh myself until week 11 when I take final photos. I've been doing a lot of soul searching and if I weig...

Welcome to week one!

The measurements are in, and here are the results! It's not good, but I guess it could be worse.  Yesterday I started with my lower face and neck and both upper arms. It was a very strange experience. The sound is something else! I can't really describe it to you, but I know now why people who suffer from tinnitus cannot have this service done.  The sound was VERY  high pitch, almost like one of those rape alarms. The sound was louder on my face and neck, I was able to turn the power on the machine down to eliminate the sound altogether, but I didn't know if that will cause a slower result or none at all, so I moved it up and just powered through.  I was able to go way up on the power on my arms without any problems, and that was nice, but the suction was pretty uncomfortable on the skin on the inside of my Bingo Wings.  Right after the treatments (which took a little over an hour altogether) my skin felt tight and soft. I did put the Hot Lotion on and wa...
