I'm a little late updating this blog, but the results are in and clearly the Ultrasonic Cavitation works!! I didn't work out, diet or skip cocktail hour at all last week!

To date I've lost .5 inches on my upper arms, nothing on my lower, but I spent most of my time on the bingo wings last time. 1 inch on my bust, 2 inches on my chest, 2 inches on my waist, 1 inch on my hips, 1.5 inches on my midway, 1 inch on both thighs, I didn't lose anything on my knee or my calves, but that just means I'll spend a little more time this round.

Using the machine is a lot of fun and not painful at all. I'm not surprised that I've lost some inches, but I'm very happy that they're more extreme than I expected them to be.

I've decided to hold off on photos until the end of my 10 weeks, so that the results will be more apparent.

I'm also opting to not weigh myself until week 11 when I take final photos. I've been doing a lot of soul searching and if I weigh myself I just know I might get discouraged. Honestly I'm much more interested in fitting into a size 10 dress for my brother's wedding in August than I am hitting some weight loss goal. I don't really care what the scale says if I look great in my clothes. It's been a long while since I was able to wear my favourite Packers jersey!

Until next week, stay safe!

I caved, so sue me!!

I know I said that I wouldn't diet or exercise throughout this entire experiment, but it looks like Canada may actually open at the end of July and I need to be ready for my brother's wedding! I think that by now, 6 weeks in, I've proved that Ultrasonic Cavitation DOES  indeed work even if you don't want to starve or workout. But now it's time to show how much faster and better the results will be when you follow a healthy eating and exercise plan.  So now the plan for the next 2.5 months will be to follow a healthy eating plan (I'm going to follow a Mediterranean Diet) and an exercise plan. I will hit my spin bike @ home 3 days a week, 4 if I have a really slow Monday schedule.  When the pool opens i'll add that in too! I LOVE the pool!!!! I'll have a smoothie for breakfast, a salad and chicken or fish for lunch (or hummus and pita with protein), berries and nuts for snacks and a small dinner.  My therapist and I have been working on my alcohol consumpt

And so the journey begins...

I’ve never been one to put myself on display, actually I’ve spent the better part of 42 years trying to blend in, but now that I’m a business owner it’s time to woman up and allow the world to follow me on my body contouring journey.  Hello out there! My name is Sara, I live in Seattle, WA,  I’m originally from Canada, BC to be exact (and before you ask I don’t love one country more than the other, I love them equally like I do my two pugs). πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ❤️ I’m a Master (Medical) Esthetician, I specialize at the moment in lashes, needle free fillers, fat dissolve and body contouring. I decided to start this blog to show anyone who’s interested how body contouring works and what to expect.  I myself am at the heaviest I’ve ever been, I’m 5’7” and 212 lbs. Curse you pandemic!... and pizza!! πŸ•πŸ· Normally I would treat a client once a week for 10-20 weeks, but I’m going to do a head to toe overhaul before my brother’s wedding this August! 😳 I plan to do treatments every week for three days in

Does this fat make my butt look big?

Here we are at the end of week 4! It's actually been a good week, the sun has been out, I didn't overeat and I don't have a hangover!  I'm killing at life right now!! Looks like I've lost nothing on my upper arms, damn you bingo wings!!!! .5" on my lower arm, .5" on my bust, 1.5" on my chest, .5" on my waist, 1.5" on my hips, .5" on my midway. Hilariously it looks like I've gained on my thighs! And once again I've lost nothing on my knees or my calves. So not bad considering I had super greasy pizza last night, and a double cheeseburger and fries today!! I have to say that I am actually starting to WANT to workout! Seeing and feeling my body change has made me want to take care of it more, but I promised that I wouldn't to prove that you don't have to workout or diet for this to work, so I'll remain vigilant! But if they open my community pool up again all bets are off!!! What I do find funny is how hard it is for
