True confession time people!

This week was a really bad week for me!

If I haven't already told you I am a Binge eater and drinker. I'm in therapy to overcome it, but this week was a really bad week.

I've been super busy at work, I've been scheduling people like mad through Groupon, but my prices are too low and I'm spending more money on product then I'm getting. I've since upped my prices, but now I'm worried that people will stop buying my Groupons.

So this week I was so stressed out that I ate a 16 inch turkey tom with cheese from Jimmy John's in 1 day. I drank at least a bottle of wine a night and right now as I type I am terribly hungover!! I forced myself to adult and go to Costco, I even cleaned the kitchen while my husband was working out, but I feel like crap right now!!

I'm horribly bloated and I'm feeling pretty down on myself right now. My husband and I are meeting up with some friends from out of town later and I only feel comfortable in my sweats right now!! IDK what the eff I'm going to do....

All that aside, I did do my measurements and I lost in some places and not in others, some places are more stubborn then others I guess.

So even though I overate everyday and drank too much the cavitation is doing it's job!

Just imagine how much more I would lose if I ate better, didn't drink and worked out!! It probably wouldn't take me 4 months to lose all of the fat.

But I promised you all that I wouldn't workout or diet, so I won't.

So this week I lost nothing on my upper arms, Bust, Midway, Knees or Calves. But I did lose .5 on my fore arm, and 1 inch on my Chest, Waist, Hips and Thighs! Not too bad!!

Until next week, I hope you all are staying safe out there!!

Happy Cinco De Mayo!!!

I caved, so sue me!!

I know I said that I wouldn't diet or exercise throughout this entire experiment, but it looks like Canada may actually open at the end of July and I need to be ready for my brother's wedding! I think that by now, 6 weeks in, I've proved that Ultrasonic Cavitation DOES  indeed work even if you don't want to starve or workout. But now it's time to show how much faster and better the results will be when you follow a healthy eating and exercise plan.  So now the plan for the next 2.5 months will be to follow a healthy eating plan (I'm going to follow a Mediterranean Diet) and an exercise plan. I will hit my spin bike @ home 3 days a week, 4 if I have a really slow Monday schedule.  When the pool opens i'll add that in too! I LOVE the pool!!!! I'll have a smoothie for breakfast, a salad and chicken or fish for lunch (or hummus and pita with protein), berries and nuts for snacks and a small dinner.  My therapist and I have been working on my alcohol consumpt...

I don't even know who I am anymore!

This week i've been working on my alcohol consumption with my therapist. As i've said before I drink about a bottle to two bottles a night on the weekend and always have a hangover on either wednesdays or both wednesday and thursday.  I'm not proud of it, but it is another of my coping mechanisms. I thought for sure that i'd be hungover this wednesday because my husband spent the night down in Lacey @ his mum's (he's been helping her out since his dad passed), but I used the tools that my therapist gave me and here I am, the entire weekend without a hangover! I don't really know if drinking less will help lose more fat, but I imagine it can't hurt! Some of my best binge eating happens when i'm either drunk or hungover.  I don't remember if I ever told you this, but I am naturally a lazy person. I will put off doing everything until the last moment! But more and more throughout this journey i've been finding myself wanting to be more active. I...
I'm a little late updating this blog, but the results are in and clearly the Ultrasonic Cavitation works!! I didn't work out, diet or skip cocktail hour at all last week! To date I've lost .5 inches on my upper arms, nothing on my lower, but I spent most of my time on the bingo wings last time. 1 inch on my bust, 2 inches on my chest, 2 inches on my waist, 1 inch on my hips, 1.5 inches on my midway, 1 inch on both thighs, I didn't lose anything on my knee or my calves, but that just means I'll spend a little more time this round. Using the machine is a lot of fun and not painful at all. I'm not surprised that I've lost some inches, but I'm very happy that they're more extreme than I expected them to be.  I've decided to hold off on photos until the end of my 10 weeks, so that the results will be more apparent.  I'm also opting to not weigh myself until week 11 when I take final photos. I've been doing a lot of soul searching and if I weig...
